A fantastic Airbnb to start my trip in Yerevan. Loved the rooftop with the views! The bed was very comfy and I loved the decor of the space. Walking distance to groceries, spots for coffee and not too far from the main sights

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very cozy and comfortable, and the house is located in a closed courtyard, which makes it really quiet and peaceful, away from any noisy roads. There’s a Carrefour nearby, as well as a local shop with ready-to-eat food, which was very convenient. Breakfast delivery from a nearby café arrives in about 10 minutes, which was a nice bonus. The main street market of Yerevan is also close by, and I highly recommend the restaurant Buzand, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. We visited in March, so we didn’t fully get to enjoy the rooftop, but I imagine it’s a great place for dinner during the warmer months. Highly recommended!

An awesome place to stay, whether you speak the local language (I do) or not. The host is extremely responsive in English. You won’t be bothered by a single neighbor or local conducting business in the area. Way cheaper than a hotel and a lot more intimate/homey feeling. Thank you to the hosts.

This was the perfect stay in Yerevan! The apartment was spotless and very cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. The location is great as well and within walking distance to all of the main sites in the city. The rooftop has great views as well.

We had a fantastic stay in this Yerevan apartment! The place was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated, which made us feel right at home immediately. The location is excellent—it’s an easy and pleasant walk to the city center, where you can find a huge variety of great restaurants and cafes. Despite being close to the action, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe at night, allowing for a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city, and we would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. All the amenities worked perfectly, and having laundry available was especially convenient. The host was professional and accommodating, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, in quanto l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla della città ed è facile raggiungere i principali punti di interesse a piedi ed inoltre il nostro soggiorno è stato super confortevole in quanto la casa è veramente bella, con condizionatori che permettono di stare al caldo anche se fuori ci sono -12 gradi e con tutto il necessario. Pulizia ottima. L’host ci ha dato molti consigli sui posti da visitare e su cosa fare ed è stato facile anche effettuare il check-in contactless. Sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura appena ritorneremo a Yerevan, che ci è rimasta nel cuore.

I loved the apartment, the design and the cleanliness. Great location as well, close to the center. The host provided clear instructions and the self-checkin went smoothly. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Definitely coming again!
