We highly recommend this place. The location is perfect — quiet yet right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and warm. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

O locuinta aproape de centrul orasului situata intr-o zona rezidentiala. Desi spatiul este destul de mic dispune de o terasa foarte generoasa la ultimul nivel si este amenajata cu foarte multa grija pentru detalii. Recomand pentru o sedere scurta!

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, in quanto l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla della città ed è facile raggiungere i principali punti di interesse a piedi ed inoltre il nostro soggiorno è stato super confortevole in quanto la casa è veramente bella, con condizionatori che permettono di stare al caldo anche se fuori ci sono -12 gradi e con tutto il necessario. Pulizia ottima. L’host ci ha dato molti consigli sui posti da visitare e su cosa fare ed è stato facile anche effettuare il check-in contactless. Sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura appena ritorneremo a Yerevan, che ci è rimasta nel cuore.

Very nice appartment, quite close to the city center. The communication was excellent and I had no complaints at all. Really recommend this accomodation to people travelling alone or as a pair.

I loved the apartment, the design and the cleanliness. Great location as well, close to the center. The host provided clear instructions and the self-checkin went smoothly. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Definitely coming again!

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, and communication with the host was easy, smooth, and quick. The area was quiet and the location was very convenient, which helped me explore the city on foot. I was initially planning to stay for only a few days, but I ended up extending my stay ✨ Thank you.

I’ve been not in a lot of AirBnb’s across the world, but anyway I think that’s the best one. Very easy to find, great location, cozy and very nice place at all, with a great owner, who always ready to help you with anything you have questions about. Absolutely 5-star, recommend to stay!

I urgently needed to find an apartment for one night, and this option was the most optimal, since I needed an apartment after 5 p.m., and there were no problems with this request either. The place was easily found, the host sent instructions to find the place without problems. The room was small but very cozy and clean, which is very important.

Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet and gated community which made it very secure. Would highly recommend to friends who will visit soon. The place looks exactly as is on the picture. Very near to popular destinations. A definite value for money 👍🎉👌🫶
